This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and snowmobiling. Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and bath with laundry. The are (4) Queen bunk beds and includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St. Lawrence River and Canada.
