The place is ideal for guests who want to slow down, take a break from the city, and enjoy quiet evenings in nature. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips to the Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

There is an apartment for 4 people. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, a glass-ceramic hob, a kettle and a wine cabinet. Of course, there are dishes and a dining service. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a quality mattress and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a mirror, a toilet and a spacious shower. In the bedroom you can sleep on a comfortable king size bed. The apartment is air-conditioned and has its own WiFi network.

The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the view of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in addition to the private sauna and fireplace. The property has its own access to the Elbe, where you can fish in addition to water sports. With a maximum occupancy of 11 people, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest with a fireplace. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind. The fully equipped apartment is a good place to stay with two adults and one child in the bedroom. There is a possibility to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.

Quaint mountain cabin in the Ore Mountains

Our mountain hut is located on a small dirt road surrounded by meadows on a mountain slope. You have a very nice view of the valley and also of the Pobershauer church. Neighbors are only some distance away. In summer, sheep graze on the surrounding meadows. In winter, you can go sledding directly from the house. With the fireplace, it is cozy in all seasons.
