On quiet and lush street with tram and bus around the corner you have 11 minutes to the train /city center. The apartment has its own entrance with a patio attached. Full equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Air conditioning that you can set the desired temperature. The bed is 180*200 and the corner sofa is spacious and can be made if desired.
