We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Weserbergland. Die Wohnung ist offen gestaltet und umfasst ca. 45 qm mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Links neben dem Badezimmer befindet sich ein kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank für eure Utensilien. In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
