Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Welcome to The Hyde, our beautiful Shepherd's hut is waiting for you, with stunning views over the countryside, you'll have deer, pheasants, hares, kites, buzzards to name a few on your doorstep. Being a working small holding you are welcome to come and see our sheep, lambs and horses, you will be greeted with fresh eggs from our chicken and honey from our bees. The Hyde is fitted with modern facilities, a BBQ area, where you can sit back and relax there are wonderful walks, and local pubs.

Set in the beautiful rural village of Peasemore, 6 miles from Newbury & just a 30 minute drive to Oxford or Marlborough.

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Little Barber is a cosy and comfortable retreat for anyone wishing to get away for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Set amid Bucklebury Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interests (SSSI) and one of the largest commons in Berkshire it's a popular destination for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.
