On the ground floor, a living room, equipped kitchen, large bedroom and adjacent office (ideal baby room) giving access to the upper floor, bathroom and separate toilet. On the 1st floor (possibility of access from the outside to avoid going through the bedroom) lounge area, 2 bedrooms with shower room. Large garden, quiet environment. Bike path 500 m away.
