Lakeside one-story villa in a smaller residential area. Small swimming area with beach in the area. Adjacent to the area is an illuminated cross-country ski trail, walking distance to two major beaches, restaurant and golf course (pay & play). If the ice allows, there is a plowed ice rink on the lake. Distances: Sandviken city center and adventure pool 4 km, Göransson arena 3 km, Årsunda beach 10 km, Högbo Bruk with cross-country trails, mountain bike trails and 18-hole golf course 10 km, Kungsberget ski resort 27 km, Gävle 27 km, Furuvik 43 km.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Bo i ett nybyggt attefallshus i ett lungt område med nära till natur, bad, affär, restaurang och pizzeria. 10 min till bad, ca 400 m till Ica, 2 km till Strandbaden Årsunda, 16 km till Sandviken, 39 km till Kungsberget. Huset är på 25 kvm med allrum, öppet kök, badrum med toa och dusch, 140 dubbelsäng med 2 sängplatser. Köket är utrustat med kyl/frys, spis/ugn och micro. Sittplats för 2 personer. Sängkläder och handduk ingår. Egen uteplats.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage and hot shower. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is the possibility of charging mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
