Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. A classic Cape Cod home updated yet still traditional to its bones. Close to playgrounds, waterfront restaurants, the famous cape cod canal and much more! 1 hour to Boston and 1 hour to the end of cape cod Provincetown. Our 3 bedroom home is cozy with lots of nooks and crannies and beach decor throughout. Fenced in yard boasts a little outside dining area and Fire pit! The kids will love the splash pad across the street and the adults will love walking to dinner on the Main Street.

There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.
