Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Snug terraced house in Yarmouth, five minutes from the pubs and restaurants and the harbour, an ideal base for a short or long Isle of Wight holiday. The house sleeps 5 (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single - but narrow beds only 2'6"), and with a kitchen/diner and living room, as well as a sun trap patio and small garden. A much loved family holiday home since 1965, it was refurbished in the early 2000s, and now has central heating, instant hot water and a gas hob/electric oven cooker.

Converted from a former milking parlour in 199, Orchard has been hosting guests ever since. Perfect for families and guests with pets, Orchard is comfortable and well-equipped for a wonderful stay. Although Mattingley is no longer a working farm, we do keep some pedigree Jacob's sheep, alpacas and sometimes pigs. The farm is located in the rural West Wight with easy access to great walking, cycling and beaches.
