The cottage has a private heated swimming pool (6m x 4m) from mid-April to mid-September (depending on the weather) to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. Located 5 minutes from the center, supermarket, pharmacy, all shops. Lake Frace is 2 km away. 20 km from La Rochelle, 15 km from Chatelaillon, 20 km from Rochefort, 50 km from Île de Ré. No pets allowed; the accommodation must be returned clean by the tenant, thank you.

Very well located, quick access by car to all places of interest in the region: La Rochelle, Iles de Ré, Aix and Oléron, Rochefort, Green Venice, Poitevin marsh, Royan and the wild coast. Bakery 100 meters away, soccer field, City stadium, skate park, playground in the village 5 minutes walk. Hypermarket and all shops 5 minutes by car (Surgères).

Ideally located between Ile de Ré and Oléron , close to La Rochelle, Rochefort, Marais Poitevin and the first beaches of Châtelaillon and the ocean ( 15kms ) no cleaning fee, basics and bed linens included. Self check-in from 4pm or earlier if possible or 6pm in person, and checkouts no later than 12pm.
