Approximately 20 min walk to large campsite, white sand with large playground, sandy beach, outdoor gym and kiosk/street kitchen (summer time) The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140 cm) purchased in 2025. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes.
