Our apartment is located at the edge of Condesa. One of the trendiest neighborhoods in the city. We have a privileged view. A view to the park (Chapultepec, city's biggest lung) and Reforma sky scrapers. Two bedroom , 1 bathroom apartment, full kitchen with basics and Smart TV. Ideal for families or friends. Or even a couple that wants more space. Our building has a terrace with vending machines and WiFi if you need to do some work out of the property. Super well located and comfortable.

Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?

We offer you an excellent location, a 4-minute walk to the entrance to the Chapultepec forest, near the streets of the Condesa neighborhood, with its iconic architecture and various restaurants, and a 10-minute Uber ride to the bar area. The street is quiet and safe. The Chapultepec metro is one street away and also a bakery that offers different types of food. The apartment is comfortable with a vintage style in a modernist building built in the 30's and recently remodeled.
