Haus Heinke eignet sich mit drei Schlafzimmern, ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Garten für die ganze Familie. Die moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher, lichtdurchfluteter Sitzecke und Kaminofen sind der Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Cozy guest house in quiet location in Ratzeburg

Lovingly refurbished detached house with 80m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or a tour of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Scandinavian vacation home with fantastic lake views on 680 sqm of land in a direct water location. Newly furnished 55 square meters of living space in a modern style in 2020. Large living/dining area with open kitchen. New beds, new vinyl flooring, partly infrared heaters, freshly painted walls. South/west wooden terrace. Danish-Swedish living in the immediate vicinity of almost all attractions of the Baltic Sea coast. Also ideal for anglers, hikers, cyclists.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini village". Four families live with us, with a total of five children, as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two and four-legged friends run free on the premises, there are no fences or gates with us.

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.

Vacation home in Grebin for families

The large house is bright and friendly. With plenty of space in several rooms, you can retreat if needed. In the very large garden with lawn and trees you are alone and among yourselves. A fixed, detached, lockable wheelhouse has 10 parking spaces, each with its own power connection.

On the outskirts of the old town, in the shadow of the cathedral towers, is located on the upper floor of our boathouse our lovingly furnished, Scandinavian-style apartment. Enjoy the silence and tranquility right on the banks of the Trave here in the center of the city.
