The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
