From the balcony, outdoor terrace or hot tub you can watch the surface of the pond with all its animal inhabitants with a glass in your hand... If you are lucky, a kingfisher will fly in front of you and greet you with its typical greeting :-) You can spend evenings romantically by the fireplace, or outside at a barbecue with friends or family... In the heat, the recessed heated pool will cool you down, where you can swim comfortably in summer and in the evening :-)

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

A cosy cabin right by the Grosse Rodl – perfect for switching off in the middle of nature. You can expect a stylishly renovated cottage with a cosy sleeping area and a view of the countryside, a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, and a private garden with a fire pit right by the water. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

The entire cottage is at your disposal, two and a half rooms, a beautiful tiled stove, for which we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, strong wifi. Small garden with terrace, Weber grill is also available
