Our home is about 20 mins walk to town. There is an Indian restaurant & convenience shop across the road, Turkish restaurant, Chinese takeout & riverside restaurant within 10 mins. Take a lovely walk through Sudbury water meadows in to town. The annexe with outside decking is situated at the rear of our garden with access via stairs to a parking space(apologies but guests without satisfactory reviews will not be accepted) Sorry, no pets as we have a friendly cat and 2 dogs roaming the garden

The Mews, is a modern detached apartment built over garages, set in beautiful countryside, with ample parking on the door step. With Kingsize double bed and shower room on first floor, kitchen/dinning area on ground floor. Ideally located between the historical village Long Melford stunning shops & cafes and market town of Sudbury with Lavenham a short drive away. Fabulous walks with a quick pitstop at the Nethergate Brewery which is a 7 minute walk from The Mews. We have excellent WIFI too!

Our characterful Studio B&B is nestled in our garden at St. Catherine’s Hall, with its own small private garden. We are 2 minutes from Melford’s main Street but on the edge of the countryside, which offers some wonderful walks. Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall, the lovely Holy Trinity Church, 2 antique warehouses, 8 pubs with restaurants and numerous tea shops are all within walking distance. Lavenham and Clare are only a short drive away. Breakfast is an option in our country kitchen @ £12pp
