Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

It is about 6.5 km to Borgholm, where you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere with restaurants, cafes and shops. Solliden and Borgholm Castle are about 5 km away and Köpingsvik's beautiful beaches are about 10 km away.

Byggnaden som ligger i anslutning till stugan och altanen är ett förråd, Värden bor i ett hus 60 m nedanför gästhuset.

Freshly built (2023) vacation home with its own bathing jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome!

100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.
