Large, single family home with 8 bedrooms. Big modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and everything you need, dining area, family room. Free washer/dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and common areas. Large deck and fenced in yard. 4 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the main strip and amusement park. Close to all the action, but still far enough away from the crowds to relax outside and enjoy a fire!!! This is a family friendly house and we are not looking to rent to High School graduates looking for a place to get together before going off to college. Fully furnished home with 6 queen beds, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks and 1 fold down sofa bed. Also has beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, umbrellas. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. Light housekeeping is also required at the end of your stay. Cleaning supplies are also provided. Wifi included!!!! Pets considered!!!

Will not consider less than weekly rentals for July and August and the last week in June.The house sits 80 ft off the lake. It has over 150 ft of lake shore and own private beach. We supply several kayaks paddle boards canoes and tubes . This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.

House on Paddy Creek Formerly rented by the U.S. Secret Service. Our waterfront home is surrounded by salt water and has island, ocean lighthouse views on a quiet tidal cove. Our property is 4 acres in Cape Porpoise, a small fishing village in Kennebunkport, on the end of a private road so there is plenty of privacy. The house looks directly towards the water so at high tide you can take in the water views and feel like you are away from it all.
