Ground floor 1 bed Georgian drawing room flat in the heart of Stockbridge. Deluxe king size bed that can be made into twin beds if you would prefer. Separate bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Bright spacious living room with concealed integrated kitchen. Perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. You have the flat all to yourselves. We live just a few doors away from the flat so if you need anything during your stay, just let us know. Stockbridge truly is a village in the heart of the city, with everything Edinburgh has to offer right on the doorstep. Edinburgh is best explored on foot so bring comfy shoes and be prepared for some hills ! Taxis and buses are however plentiful with a bus stop right outside the flat taking you to Leith where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia. The heart of the city is a comfortable 20 minutes walk from the flat and to the North, Edinburgh’s stunning botanic gardens are only 15 minutes by foot. Parking outside the Flat is free on single yellow lines after 5.30pm and there are no parking restrictions at weekends from 5.30pm on Friday until 8.30am on Sunday morning. Metered parking is available in the neighbouring street. Meters operate from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Stockbridge is right on your doorstep and on Raeburn Place you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and food convenience stores. You can walk into the heart of Edinburgh ( Princes St and the castle ) in 20minutes from the Flat. Edinburgh’s botanical gardens are also just a 15 minute walk away.

Unique City Centre Apartment

This quiet and unique one bed apartment is a fantastic base to explore Edinburgh. Only 10 mins walk to the city centre with galleries, museums and shopping, also bus and train stations and of course Edinburgh Castle, not to mention a five minute walk to The Edinburgh Playhouse. Pilrig is also well placed for visiting nearby Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia and some lovely restaurants. This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom including a bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Free Wifi and a Smart TV with freeview are also inlcuded. All towels and linen are supplied. Please note that the price includes the Edinburgh Tourist Tax at 5%.

Flat you will have on your own. 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Station. 5 minute walk to great cafés, restaurants and bars on Leith walk. Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied.
