The studio apartment is located in the quiet municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. The room measures 26 square meters and is located in our basement (townhouse). There is a separate entrance that leads directly into the basement. Bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters). The bathroom is also located in the basement. The basement area is only entered by us as the landlord for laundry, so we live completely separated from each other in terms of space.
