There is a separate entrance that leads directly into the basement. Bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 metres) + mattress (0.90 x 2.00 metres). Bathroom is also located in the basement. The basement area is entered by us as a landlord only for laundry, so we live completely separate from each other.
