The apartment is located in the historic center of Bonifacio on a street that is lively during the day due to the shops and various businesses but quiet in the evening because there is no restaurant. All shops, restaurants and places to visit are a few dozen meters from the apartment. The port is a 10-minute walk away as well as the rocky beach under the cliffs For the surrounding beaches, Santa Manza, Maora 7 km away, La Tonnara, Balistra, 10 km away The apartment is dual-aspect, very bright, large bay window in the living room on the sea side and balcony overlooking the old town

House of 50m2 on a flowered and closed garden.

La petite maison se situe dans un hameau très calme sur la commune de Figari, au milieu de nulle part mais près de tout. Nous sommes à 15 minutes de Porto-Vecchio, 25 minutes de Bonifacio et à 10 minutes de l’aéroport de Figari. A 10 et 20 kms des plus belles plages de la Corse du sud. Pour les amoureux des sports de glisse le logement est à 15/30 minutes des spots de windsurf, kite, wing (Figari, Tonnara, Piantarella, Santa Manza…) Superbes ballades pour les amateurs de vélo de route et de VTT.

Perfect for families or groups of friends: the space in the house allows for great privacy. "Soladela" is a new contemporary wooden villa of 150m2 with a magnificent view of the maquis and the mountains. The single-story villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. A 250m2 terrace surrounds the house and its heated (30°C) 10x4m pool. The villa is located in a recent, quiet and family-friendly residence, close to the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: Maora at 5mn, Spérone at 15mn and Santa Giulia at 20mn. The town of Bonifacio is at 10mn and Figari Airport is 20mn.

Charming duplex in the heart of the 70m2 citadel. Come and enjoy on either side of the apartment, two superb views: the port goulet, the mountain and the roofs of Bonifacio on the sea floor. The apartment is typical and pleasant: it feels like home! Bike cellar 👍 ⚠️ Attention, the apartment is located in the medieval part of the upper city on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the buildings, so difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
