The Italia room is located on the second floor (no elevator) is large spacious with a double bed and two single beds. Suitable for families, it accommodates up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.

We live on site and share the garden, terraces, small swimming pool, quiet, but 2 km from the center. Organic breakfasts served when the weather permits, preparation of a cold snack possible. No television, for a real rest.
