The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all utensils. The room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, balcony, barbecue, shower and ocean view. There are good restaurants, pizzeria, bars, market, winery, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
