Beautiful, welcoming and cozy studio that can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and possibly an infant. Great for a business or training stay. Enjoy the equipped kitchen (induction stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, toaster, microwave/grill oven, microwave/grill, refrigerator), a nice bathroom, TV with Canal+, WiFi and its proximity to the tram (7 minutes walk). Easy street parking. The studio is accessed by an external staircase.

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright.
