The cottage is connected to the nature reserve and hiking and biking trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

There are 6 beds, small kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, hall and glazed deck. A small rowing boat is included in the rental rental. 3 km from the house there is a padel court, boulbana and outdoor gym. Enter Sunnaryd on GPS's, just after the alpacas there is a gravel road on the right side with a sign Holmen. Follow the road about 1.5 km.
