Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Just a few steps from the property there are cafes, shops, a bakery and a pastry shop.

The accommodation is located near the very center of the city overlooking the Cathedral. The building is low-energy, and the apartment is located on the third floor of a total of four. The building doesn't have an elevator. The building is located near the main bypass and the main roundabout. Also close to all the necessary amenities (shopping mall, pharmacy...) and cultural monuments and amenities that can be visited on foot. Close to the bus and train station, and the Zrinjevac sports hall. Parking space provided.

The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.
