Welcome to our newly built house – a lakeside oasis with sauna, fireplace and magnificent views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. There are 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen and bathroom. Swimming jetty and rowing boat straight down from the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging is included. Perfect for both outdoor activities and relaxation all year round.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Apartment in Simeå 21 km to Järvsö, 3,5 km to Orbaden 6 beds in pleasantly decorated apartment with open plan with kitchenette, shower, toilet and private entrance. IF YOU WANT A CHEAP ACCOMMODATION, BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND FIX THE FINAL CLEANING YOURSELF. You can also rent bed linen & bath sheets for SEK 50 per set and you can book final cleaning. Final cleaning for one night costs SEK 300 and SEK 400 for two nights or more. Check-in Monday-Friday from 6pm, Saturday-Sunday can be earlier upon agreement

Cozy fully furnished little cabin in our garden. 18 sq meters studio style cottage. Terrace on veranda, privacy, wifi and private router, easy parking, 2,5km to Ockelbo center, 4km to Wij trädgårdar. Pets allowed under strict conditions. Not suited for infants, toddlers or kids.
