The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

Apartament in Monte Pedreguer

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Relax and unwind at this magnificent quiet and elegant chalet in Monte Pedreguer, a dream place to be. The location is perfect because it is between Denia and Javea. It's also very close to the Shopping Mall. This spacious villa has all the amenities and air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and living room. The chalet offers a beautiful pool and a barbecue area where you can relax and enjoy delicious meals outdoors.

Nestled in the tranquil mountains of Monte Pedreguer, we are 15 min drive from the busy tourist centers and beaches of the Marina Alta area of North Costa Blanca by the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoy a microclimate in this area which makes it one of the healthiest places to live in Europe.

El Carmen Rural Suite

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
