There are numerous trekking, hiking and cycling routes that will bring you closer to the wonderful coves and beaches of Marina Alta.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

It is perfect for a couple or for remote working. It's a perfect base for your Mediterranean adventures.

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
