The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, 7 minutes' walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant little town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
