It is a stone house in the middle of the fields, ideal for recharging your batteries! 10 minutes from Bressuire. 1 km from Boismé: bakery, Api grocery store, restaurant. A large plot of land with no neighbours overlooking, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers to enjoy the great outdoors! 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou! 1 hour 30 minutes from the beaches! 1 hour from Futuroscope and Le Marais. Bed linen can be rented.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

This cottage can accommodate up to 9 people plus a cot. Located in the countryside in Chanteloup. We are 42 km from Le Puy du Fou, 82 km from Futuroscope, 68 km from the Marais Poitevin, 95 km from La Rochelle and 90 km from the Vendée coast. A greenway (a former railway line) will allow you to cycle, mountain bike, run and hike. For fishing enthusiasts, the Pescalis site is located just 10 km away. Local shops 3.5 km away. We have been awarded the Accueil Vélo label.
