Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Good phone reception for most providers but no wi-fi or TV, just DVDs but who needs a screen when you can just sit and watch the ever changing weather sweep across the glen.

Tulloch Farm is set in the heart of the Braes o’ Lochaber. With so many ways to spend your day here, you can make your holiday as active or as peaceful as you wish. The estate is 175 acres and is available for you to wander over as you will, or just to protect you from the pressures of the outside world. The land is nestled in a glen, full of fresh Scottish air and comprises woods and meadows, pasture and streams. The magnificent River Spean, with the Inverlair Falls, is a backdrop to it all.

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting

Rosie the Road Workers' Living Wagon

Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

Great for hillwalking, mountain biking, skiing and kayaking as it is close to Ben Nevis and many Munros, Nevis Range Ski/Biking area and Wolftrax. Hotel 200m away and Roy Bridge has 2 hotels.
