It is on the floor and has a large balcony. Each room has air conditioning. It is 5-6 minutes on foot to Gümbet coast (beach) and 15 minutes to the Bodrum center. There is also a minibus stop in front of my house (minibus no. 2-57 passes every 10 minutes) It is within walking distance of Oasis Shopping Mall and Myndos Gate. There are plenty of grocery stores, ATMs and restaurants on the street where my house is located.
