BEGONViLLA Lebiderya view apartment with terrace

The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

All rooms are air conditioned. Washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, smart tv, private parking. There is a balcony with a view on the upper floor and a private 120 m2 garden on the lower floor. You can have a good time in the garden. Our house is in the center of Bodrum, you can go swimming and popular places on foot.

Quiet family villa with private pool

Enjoy a stay inside the secluded walls of Villa Zeytin, home to a private pool and delightful garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!
