Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

On the farm, there was a royal inn a long time ago. There, the king and his entourage could eat, rest and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. This was a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. This Beach House for 2 people is located at one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Sweden, the stunning Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch the sunset over the ocean and the island of the Blue Virgin (Blå Jungfrun). Walking distance to the unique rock formations "Raukarna". Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging at your door step. Many golf courses nearby. The guest house is located on a large property about 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house, which is occasionally occupied.
