Welcome to the mill in the small town of Bockenem am Harz. The place is located on the A7 with connection to the A 39. Hanover, Goslar and Braunschweig can be reached in 30 minutes. The Harz Mountains and the surrounding area offer many beautiful excursion opportunities. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor pool with beer garden (open May-September) are in the village. The apartment is located in the old mill building on the outskirts of Bockenem surrounded by nature and a small river.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Baddeckenstedt mit sehr gutem Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, die Autobahnen A7 & A39 und alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien geeignet und verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, sowie Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Bad. In der modern eingerichteten Wohnung kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Lamspringe is a spot with historic half-timbered buildings, a beautiful forest bath, is close to the A7 and is called the Harz foreland. It invites you to hike and cycle.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Auch 2 Menschen fühlen sich gut und geborgen auf 1 Etage mit dem schönen Aufenthalts- und Wohnraum! Die Wohnung ist mit natürlichen Baustoffen ausgebaut und gestaltet, z.B. Holz, Lehm und Ökofarbe. Für Kinder ist die Wohnung aus Sicherheitsgründen eher ungeeignet. Ebenfalls für Menschen, die sich mit Treppen schwer tun.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.
