The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). Cozy and lovingly furnished separate 1.5-room apartment in the basement of our house, where we live with our children (10 and 16) and three cats. The apartment is separate from us.
