Centrally located between two cities, New Bern and Greenville NC. Located across the road from Whites Strawberry Farm that is open year-around serving fresh milkshakes, jams, preserves, fruit, veggies, and flowers. Peaceful area with few neighbors. Home has both a front and back covered porch to grab a seat and relax or sit outside on the hammock at the firepit. Home also has plenty of parking for multiple cars, motorcycles, trucks with trailers.

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
