It is open from Memorial Day (May 31) through Labor Day weekend (September 8th), weather permitting. -Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including visitors. -Because the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. -Quiet hours must be respected so we can remain good neighbors.

Sitting on 5 1/2 acres, TRF has a large private outdoor space, firepits, 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests, and has everything a hotel stay could offer and more! And the best part? We are dog friendly! We do have a 2 dog minimum. TRF is located in Commercial Point, Ohio-just south of Grove City and 15 miles from downtown Columbus.
