It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Shops and restaurants 20 minutes away by car. The Morvan region is ideal for activities: hiking, fishing, canoeing, the Vélorail bike trail, Vézelay, and the Pannecière and Settons lakes.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

We welcome you to this house, built in 2023, for 8 people, located in Ouroux-en-Morvan, in the heart of the Morvan. Located at the exit of the village, you will find the essential shops (bakery, supermarket, cellar, bar, restaurant, tourist office, cinema) within walking distance. Discover the Morvan, a peaceful place, surrounded by its lakes, its peaks, its heritage, in short beautiful walks and visits to be planned, by bike, on foot, by boat or by quad!!

In the green Morvan Regional Park, Louis and Angèle welcome you in a green and tranquil setting, in the Commune of Montreuillon. Nice little bungalow that can accommodate up to 5 guests with covered terrace, in a 3500 m2 meadow. Nature everywhere, no pollution. Calm and rest assured. Breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Dogs and cats allowed (provide a long or short leash to tie your pet for peaceful cohabitation with our animals).

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows.
