Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

An old house with terracotta tiles and period materials, it has retained its authenticity and may show some signs of age, without compromising on comfort. Bakery/grocery store a 3-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants 20 minutes away by car. The Morvan region is ideal for activities: hiking, fishing, canoeing, the Vélorail bike trail, Vézelay, and the Pannecière and Settons lakes.

located in the heart of Morvan, close to the large Pannecière, Setons, Chaumeçon, St Agnan Lakes, a pleasure for fishermen, and for relaxation. You will discover beautiful landscapes all along the walks and tours. We can offer equestrian hikers a fenced area for the horses to rest, as well as a shelter for quads or motorcycles. The cottage is independent and has a fenced area. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a living room overlooking the terrace.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This house, renovated by us, is located in the heart of the Morvan countryside. There you will find peace and quiet, with Lake Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lake Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7 min. Beautiful interior spaces, the house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs) each with a mezzanine. An outdoor area with barbecue available. 🚭‼️

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard.
