Die-for deck in the trees, fishing and wilderness type kayaking (provided) from garden. Kids adore it, parents too. Sit around a fire by the river cooking snags under the stars and listening to the mullet splashing. Maybe the kids have a line in the river (fishing gear provided). Noosa so near. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Relax by the pool, soak in the Spa or sit on the Verandah looking out to the Ocean. Nothing beats it..!
