Idyllically located old rustic house in a quiet Ticino mountain village for exclusive use. At 1360 m altitude, it offers an ideal sunny location for hiking or relaxing. In winter, the nearby Carì ski resort as well as Airolo are attractive. Bouldering can be done in nearby Giornico. A highlight are the terraces on both sides overlooking the mountains. "Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

The Rustico in the sunny valley with a large turnaround and two streams is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, families and people with dogs. You can end the day by the warm fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2023. The middle floor serves as a large living and games room. A desk and WIFI convince the Digital Nomad and the large screen and projector create a cinema feeling. With water supply from the Bergbach (filtered), wood heating and solar power.

Beautiful ancient house with a tiny garden in a calm place with a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. The house is in Ponto Valentino, a small and sunny village located 17km away from Biasca, in the Blenio Valley. Ponto Valentino is the ideal starting point to discover the Blenio valley, a paradise for nature lovers. We decided to furnish each room with ancient pieces of furniture to preserve the spirit of the house.

The house of yesteryear is a typical Leventina dwelling where you can regenerate and disconnect from the frenzy of everyday life, located in the small hamlet of Vigera-Osco in an absolutely quiet and sunny area. Ideal place for relaxation, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, etc. which is only a 15-minute drive from Carì (in summer) and Faido. The small village of Vigera is inhabited by only 6 people throughout the year.
