Die MANSARDE liegt idyllisch ruhig im Obergeschoss unserer ausgebauten Scheune und ist hochwertig und gleichzeitig funktional geräumig eingerichtet. Ideal, wenn du geschäftlich unterwegs bist oder längerfristig ein vorübergehendes zu Hause suchst. Aufgrund der Ausstattung ist diese Wohnung für Langzeitvermietung bestens geeignet und deshalb sind auch keine Haustiere gestattet. Hier finden maximal 2 erwachsene Personen im Doppelbett Platz. Für maximal 2 Kinder gibt es Gästebetten zum ausziehen.

Die 2024 fertiggestellte Monteurwohnung in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse bietet ideale Bedingungen für erholsame Aufenthalte. Zwei komfortable Einzelbetten, ein großzügiges Badezimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher sorgen für höchsten Komfort. Der separate Eingang garantiert Privatsphäre, während die sonnige Westterrasse zum Entspannen einlädt. Waipu TV steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung, ebenso eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The small apartment offers a modern shower room, a kitchenette and a combined living-bedroom on 19 square meters. We live in a rural and quiet area - Verden is 15 minutes away by car, the nearest baker is 4 kilometers away. Please note the size of the sleeping places - a maximum of 2 guests are possible. Long-term stay for interns or students - please contact us for discounts. Storage facilities for bike and car as well as Wi-Fi are available.

Nice apartment with kitchenette, microwave, coffee machine (pads). Double bed with separate 1m x 2m mattresses. Desk and TV. separate bathroom with shower. No pets, non-smoking apartment. Conveniently located in 5 minutes walk to the Achimer train station, from there in 12 minutes to the Bremen main train station. In addition, in a 1 minute walk in the Achimer city center (baker 200 m) or in a few minutes by car on the Weser.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. The 1 room apartment is a new building from 2024. It is accessible and is located in the courtyard surrounded by tall oaks and apple trees. There is still active agriculture in the neighborhood, which is why there may be noise developments and could smell of country air. However, you can buy fresh milk and delicious potatoes. On our farm there are other apartments in different sizes.

We, Heidi and Horst, look forward to our guests and warmly welcome you! Our cozy (non-smoking) apartment is fully furnished and our guests can feel right at home here. In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. Gerade die Lage zwischen Hamburg - Hannover - Bremen und Cuxhaven ist eine Überlegung wert, um von hieraus Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen.
