The demarcated garden with terrace gives you the opportunity to also enjoy at home close to the beach. There is the possibility to reserve a private parking space for a surcharge of 10 euros/night.

We rent out a cozy and spacious apartment in Ostend, where you can spend time with your family or recharge your batteries in peace. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children. Because the neighborhood is sensitive to noise, we do not accept groups. Sheets and duvet covers are provided. The apartment has a beautiful sea view. The living room and the kitchen offer 9 meters of sea view.

The apartment is centrally located on the seawall 1st floor next to the Royal. When the windows are open, it seems like you're on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven with microwave. Nespresso machine. Washing machine is provided. 2 bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed. There are 2 flights of stairs to take before you arrive in the hall. Bed linen, towels (bathroom and kitchen) are included for max. 4 people. €15 p/p. This is calculated in the cleaning fee.

'COOL' cottage, in the middle of the fields.

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

A very cozy apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) in a street next to the sea. In less than 3 minutes you can immerse your toes in the water. It is a quiet place for 2 to 4 people. Good for a family or friends who want to go out. Make your own food in the practically equipped kitchen or you can go out to eat in one of the many restaurants in Ostend. There is deep fryer Franky for enthusiasts, the best deep fryer in the area with even vegetarian and vegan options ;)

Cozy DUPLEX with garden terrace and garage, close to the sea. Sea dike, marina, Leopoldpark and large market within a 5-minute walk. Casino and shops are a 12-minute walk away. Quiet location and all the comforts for a successful vacation by the sea. Includes spacious underground garage 250 meters from the house. Only for families or (multiple) couples. During the BIG HOLIDAYS (July & August) and Christmas holidays, we only rent PER WEEK, from Friday to Friday.

The cottage is privately rented but is connected to a B&B. On request, breakfast can be served in your private garden, in your cottage or on your bed. The last renovation of this 16th century Erker house over the water dates from the beginning of 2020, with again preservation of all the authentic, characteristic elements. From your King Size bed you have an exclusive view of the garden and the water (the Bruges Canals) makes your stay complete.
