Through a winding forest road, you will eventually reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. When you walk out the car door, you will encounter the lovely nature with the forest behind you and the sea that surrounds our property. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly renovated one-story house of 170 square meters and our cozy guest house of 90 square meters. A total of 260 square meters! Perfect place for larger groups who want peace and quiet with 600 meters to the nearest neighbor, but still only 5 minutes from Figeholm.

Relax with the whole family in this home by a lake surrounded by the Småland forests. By the lake you can fish and swim. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, which provides a comfortable indoor temperature even during the hottest days of summer. The house is located just 10 minutes from the summer town of Västervik, and 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world. Within 10 minutes drive, there are several lakes for fishing. The accommodation consists of a house of 100 sqm and a guest house of 25 sqm as well as a terrace of 80 sqm with a view.

Welcome to Villa Fridhem, a house with a preserved soul and timeless charm. Here there is calm and simplicity, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The lush garden invites you to relax, and the wood-burning stove spreads warmth as you sink into a soft armchair. The bedrooms are on the upper floor and the house is best suited for guests without walking difficulties. Nature surrounds the house with hiking trails and walking distance to a genuine Småland village. Nearby are several swimming lakes, and good opportunities for both boat trips and fishing.

Welcome to a quiet, rural accommodation, perfect for those who want to relax while still being close to attractions. About 25 minutes to Västervik and 15 minutes to Gunnebo. In Gunnebo there is a sea beach and a small grocery store. Toven, one of Västervik's finest inland swimming areas, is about 10 minutes away at Västrum, which also offers a beautiful archipelago. Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby can be reached in 45 minutes and the location is ideal for day trips to Kalmar, Linköping, Norrköping and Jönköping.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Resource in our cozy cottage, furnished with an eye for warm colors and soft materials. Lilla Stugan is located in the middle of the woods and meadows and has its own bathing area, sauna and boat. It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Holiday home directly on the Baltic Sea near Figeholm for up to 6 guests. Hus Skärgården offers 2 bedrooms plus a separate guest cottage, fireplace, fast internet and a sauna by the boat jetty overlooking the sea. A motorboat is included from April to October, and a SUP board is also available. One dog is welcome – perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Swedish archipelago.
