Sunset Pointe is the perfect base for a seaside break.Located a 2min walk from Cleveleys high street, where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars, takeaways and arcades. The beach is a 5 minute walk away & the tram stop to the centre of Blackpool/ Fleetwood is a 3minute walk away. There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). The house is pet friendly & has a secure garden for dogs which is a lovely suntrap.

A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Situated in a residential suburb of Blackpool, 15 minutes from the Pleasure Beach, town centre and beach. Close to three supermarkets for those essential supplies. St. Annes is approximately 15 minutes by car, with Lytham a further 5 minutes away. Handy bus routes are at the end of the road if you prefer to take public transport.

We are situated one street from the beach and promenade and a short 12 minute walk into the town centre. Providing an ideal location for couples, families, groups of friends or work colleagues.
