Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided.
