With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Gästerna bäddar själva. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
