Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

This beautiful apartment has with its big modern windows a lot of natural light all day long. The area and neighborhood are really quiet. It is located close to NTNU, the river Nidelva, the lake Theisendammen, the train station, and several bus stops. It is also located ten minutes away from the center of Trondheim. Included you have free parking. The apartment have a security door and is located at the ground floor (high first floor) of a really modern and calm building.

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Hut at Nausthaugen

Cabin 50 m from the waterfront, with beautiful views. Lots of hiking opportunities both on the water and in the surrounding area. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin is not far from our farm where we have sheep, chickens, cats and dogs. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed where 2 small children can sleep and a large double bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room.
