The house is newly renovated and modernly furnished and is located about 25 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and about 50 minutes from Västervik and the Småland archipelago. It offers all amenities, and from the garden, a path leads to the magical forest, a place for children and adults, for play and contemplation. A boat on our own small lake is included, and a child-friendly swimming area can be reached in 10 minutes.

Welcome to Fagerhults village in southern Östergötland! Karins is one of our cottages in this well-preserved 19th-century environment where we have sheep, goats and chickens. Karins has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, large living room and nice bedrooms. In the courtyard, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. WOOD-FIRED SAUNA, dock, row boat and kayaks by the lake! FISHING here and in nearby lakes, fishing license is required. Rented for weeks, weekends or days. DOGS and other pets are welcome. 40 km to VIMMERBY and ASTRID LINDGREN'S WORLD.

Enjoy a nature vacation far away from all the hustle and bustle. On a large secluded natural plot a short distance from the lake is this red, charmingly decorated cottage with high ceilings, stone fireplace and wooden furniture in an old-fashioned style. This vacation spot is absolutely perfect for both big and small nature lovers. If you are in shape, you will enjoy the beautiful walk or the short bike ride to the lake, where you have access to a private swimming area with boat & fishing. The forest also invites you to beautiful walks.

Cottage in Djursdala - Bullebo

Stay at a charming little horse farm that offers a unique and scenic environment with its own garden. Located 15 minutes outside Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. Here is a newly renovated red little cottage with an annex, which together can accommodate up to six people. A short walk leads to a lake perfect for evening swimming, there is also a child-friendly swimming area with diving tower that is about five minutes away by car in Lake Juttern. Outside the junction is the Sevedeleden trail, which takes you to the Djursdalarunda.

House in Djursdala, Vimmerby

Just outside Vimmerby city, you can stay in beautiful Djursdala in the large farmhouse Klocketorp. The village is a rural idyll known for its beautiful nature and is 13 km from Vimmerby. The accommodation can give you the opportunity to experience Astrid Lindgren's World and the places around it that are described in the author's books. Djursdala with its rolling hills, the hiking trail Djursdalarundan and the popular restaurant Musteriet is in itself a lovely place to enjoy. The 170 sqm house is perfect for a larger group.

Your stay with us has everything you could wish for. In an hour, you can get to Astrid Lindgren's World or Kolmården Zoo, Old Linköping is half an hour away. Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. 15 min from Åtvidaberg, 45 min from Linköping. Close to interesting sights in Östergötland. Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
